Baldwin’s career spans decades, beginning in the 1990s when he first made his mark as a crew chief. Over 630 Cup Series races later, he amassed five victories, four of which came alongside Ward Burton and one with Kasey Kahne, and he once owned a charter‑registered team from 2009 to 2020.
