Starter Highlights
Leading the rotation, Graham posted a 6‑2 record over 47.1 innings, striking out 38 batters while maintaining a 2.51 ERA. Sifford was right behind with a 5‑1 slate, 40.2 innings pitched and 37 strikeouts, his ERA at 2.75.
Ponczka remained unbeaten at 4‑0, delivering six strikeouts in just 8.1 innings, though his 3.36 ERA reflected a small sample size. P Durant compiled a 4‑3 record across 39.1 innings, fanning 21 hitters and posting a 4.27 ERA.
Park went 3‑0 with 23.1 innings on the mound, recording 14 strikeouts and a 4.50 ERA, while Moore also finished 3‑0, scattering 19 strikeouts over 16.2 innings and posting a 4.62 ERA.
Prevette rounded out the starter group with a perfect 3‑0 record, striking out 14 batters in 20.2 innings and posting a 2.03 ERA. The staff also benefited from two wins awarded as forfeits, adding to the early momentum.
Relief Pitching Contributions
Closer Alexander contributed two saves, logging 15.1 innings with 19 strikeouts and a 1.37 ERA. Sifford added a save of his own, finishing with 40.2 innings pitched and the same 37 strikeouts that highlighted his starter role.
Prevette notched another save, having thrown 20.2 innings with 14 strikeouts, while Blevins turned in a flawless 0.00 ERA over two innings of work.
