Lee Davis, a seasoned baseball mentor with three decades of experience, has been appointed head coach of the West Lowndes High School baseball program, bringing a wealth of knowledge to a team eager for a turnaround.
Davis arrives after stints at Caledonia, Starkville Academy and Heritage Academy, where he honed a reputation for developing talent and instilling disciplined play. His extensive background spans youth leagues, high school varsity squads and summer travel teams, giving him a broad perspective on player development.

The Wildcats have endured a rough patch, posting a combined 2‑28 record over the past two seasons, a statistic that has weighed heavily on morale. Yet Davis remains undeterred, emphasizing that sustained effort and patience will be the foundation for future success.
