A Summer Showdown in Laramie
The 2026 Wyoming Class ‘C’ State Tournament for Legion Baseball will bring together eight of the state’s most promising young teams, all composed of players aged 15 and younger. The event is organized by the Laramie Legion baseball program and will be held at the historic Cowboy Field in Laramie, Wyoming.
Running from July 17 through July 21, the tournament adopts a double‑elimination bracket, ensuring each team at least two games before elimination. Every contest will be played under a seven‑inning format, a standard for this age division, and the schedule includes a total of fifteen games, culminating in the championship match on July 21.
Championship Night
The final game, scheduled for the evening of July 21, will crown the state champion and serve as the tournament’s centerpiece. While the exact start times for each contest are still being fine‑tuned, officials have indicated that flexibility will be maintained to accommodate weather and field conditions.
