Coral Prosser, a senior at Berlin Brothersvalvy High School, has officially pledged to play basketball at George Washington University, turning down a crowded field of 33 other Division I programs.
Her decision centers on Coach Ganiyat Adeduntan, whose vision for the program resonated deeply with the young athlete, who has been a standout on the court for several years.
Prosser arrives at GW with a reputation that extends beyond her high school, having earned a spot on the SportsCenter NEXT Top 100 list for the class of 2027 and holding a 4‑star, 91 overall grade.
A Legacy in the Making
The commit comes after a junior season in which she averaged 20.7 points and 10.1 rebounds per game, leading the Mountaineers to a second straight PIAA 2A championship and surpassing the 1,000‑point milestone as a sophomore.
Family ties run deep in the Prosser household; her parents, Tanner and Rachel, both played at Grove City College, while her brother Pace transferred from Gannon University to Siena University and her sister Bryn already holds Division I offers.
Beyond basketball, Prosser is a two‑time all‑state softball honoree and has helped Berlin Brothersvalvy secure three consecutive Inter‑County Conference titles and four straight District 5 championships.
The addition of Prosser bolsters GW’s roster as it looks to build on recent successes, and her arrival is expected to add depth and experience to the Colonials’ lineup.
