A new assistant coach joins Holy Cross

Nick Dicciani, a recent Temple University graduate with a degree in sports and recreation management, has been named an assistant coach for the Holy Cross women's basketball team, bringing a blend of coaching, scouting and operational expertise to the program.

During the 2025‑26 season he served as a coaching associate at Villanova, where he helped coordinate player development and contributed to a 23‑6 regular‑season record that secured an NCAA Tournament berth.

Before Villanova, Dicciani spent a year as a trainer at the Danny Cooper Basketball Academy in Philadelphia, refining his work with elite prospects, and earlier he verified game statistics for more than 300 contests in the NBA G League, managing live data at league events.

From 2022 to 2024 he held the dual role of director of operations and head basketball scout for Siegel Sports & Entertainment, crafting player profiles and scouting reports for NBA, professional and collegiate athletes.

His diverse background, which also includes stints at the NBA Combine and G League Elite Camp, positions him to support the Crusaders' growth both on and off the court.
