Lincoln Memorial University Unveils 2026 Women’s Soccer Schedule

A detailed look at exhibition games, conference matchups and tournament play

2026 Season Preview

Lincoln Memorial University has released its full 2026 women's soccer schedule, a slate that blends non‑conference challenges with a rigorous South Atlantic Conference (SAC) slate. The announcement comes as Coach Tasha Flynn prepares her squad for a campaign that will span August through November, culminating in the SAC Tournament.

Flynn, who has guided the program to a 19‑11‑8 home record and a 31‑36‑12 overall mark over five seasons, will rely on her experience to navigate a demanding road trip. The team opens the season with a match against Trevecca Nazarene in Nashville, Tennessee, on August 27, and will also host Columbus State that same day as the home opener.

Before the regular season begins, the squad will test itself against three preseason opponents: Milligan, Centre and King. These exhibition matches provide a valuable opportunity for lineup experimentation and conditioning ahead of conference play.

September brings a series of conference fixtures, including road games at Clayton State, Georgia College, Bob Jones and Lenoir‑Rhyne, as well as home contests against Newberry and Tusculum. The schedule also features a matchup with Mars Hill later in the month, adding geographic variety to the slate.

October’s agenda includes contests with Mars Hill, Emory & Henry, Catawba, Coker and Anderson. The regular season will close on October 28 with a game against Carson‑Newman, after which the team will shift focus to the SAC Tournament.

The SAC Tournament kicks off on October 31 with quarterfinal matches hosted at campus sites. Semifinal and final games are slated for November 6 and November 8 in Matthews, North Carolina, promising a high‑stakes finish to the year.
