Erin Jones Named Director of Basketball Operations at Bucknell

Bucknell University announced the appointment of Erin Jones as the new director of basketball operations and assistant coach for the Bison women's basketball program.

A Coach With Global Experience

Jones arrives after a distinguished playing career that spanned professional leagues in Portugal, Germany, Scotland and the United Kingdom, where she also mentored emerging talent in European women's competitions.

Her coaching résumé includes stints as a sports performance specialist at Gym Jax in Jacksonville, Florida, and three years leading the AAU program for Duval Elite, followed by independent work as a skill development trainer for athletes aged ten through eighteen.

Jones holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island, earned in 2020, and a master's in exercise science and chronic disease from the University of North Florida, completed in 2022.
