Jacari Brim Joins The Pack
The Pack announced the addition of Jacari Brim, a 6‑foot‑2 point guard, through the transfer portal this week.
Brim arrives after a modest freshman season at Appalachian State where he logged 1.2 points, 0.7 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game, shooting 39.1 percent from the field, 35.3 percent from three and 33.3 percent from the free‑throw line.
His most memorable performance came against Va‑Lynchburg, where he erupted for a season‑high 20 points, added eight assists and pulled down five rebounds in a 133‑45 victory.
Although he was ranked zero stars by 247 and saw just 6.2 minutes of action per game, Brim’s high school pedigree is impressive; he broke Chris Paul’s career records for points and assists at West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, North Carolina.
The 2026‑27 roster will feature several newcomers, and Brim is expected to compete for a larger role as the team looks to reshape its backcourt.
