At Boston College, Ezeiruaku’s persistence paid off. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning All‑American honors and delivering a breakout 2024 season in which he recorded 20.5 tackles for loss and 16.5 sacks, numbers that placed him among the nation’s most disruptive pass rushers.
His performance attracted the attention of NFL scouts, and in the 2025 draft he was selected in the second round by the Dallas Cowboys, a franchise eager to revitalize its defense.
