Team Academic Excellence Award
The University of Massachusetts men's basketball team was recognized with the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award for the 2025‑26 academic year, an honor that celebrates programs maintaining a collective GPA of 3.0 or higher.
NABC Honors Court
Building on that achievement, five players from the roster were selected to the NABC Honors Court, a distinction reserved for junior, senior and graduate student‑athletes who post a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above.
Dean's List Distinction
The same squad also saw nine athletes earn a spot on the Dean's List for the spring semester, reflecting GPAs of 3.5 or higher.
These academic recognitions underscore the program's emphasis on balancing athletic ambition with scholarly rigor, a priority that resonates across the campus community.
