Training Sessions Set for New Officials
The Berkshire County Soccer Officials Association announced that it will hold two instructional sessions for anyone interested in becoming a soccer official for the upcoming high school season.
Classes are slated for Tuesday, August 18, and Thursday, August 20, each running from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., providing a convenient window for community members to learn the basics.
Jon King, the association’s rules interpreter, will lead the instruction, breaking down the officiating mechanics and answering questions in a relaxed, classroom‑style setting.
