UWF Reveals 2026‑27 Men’s Basketball Schedule
The University of West Florida has unveiled its 2026‑27 men’s basketball schedule, marking the program’s first year of NCAA Division I competition. The slate features a home matchup against the U.S. Naval Academy on Dec. 13, a game that will bring Navy to Pensacola, home of Naval Air Station Pensacola.
Season tickets are now on sale for $200 and grant admission to every UWF men’s and women’s basketball home game. Fans who want a deeper connection can purchase the Argonaut Game Pass, an annual $250 gift from the Argonaut Athletic Club that supports the program beyond the stands.
The Argos will enjoy an enhanced game‑day atmosphere at the UWF Field House, where new amenities have been added to elevate the fan experience. From upgraded seating to interactive promotions, the atmosphere is designed to showcase the team’s growing profile.
Head Coach Tanner Smith said the schedule reflects a competitive balance, featuring regional opponents and a mix of home and away contests that will test the team throughout the season.
Athletic Director Dave Scott highlighted the new season‑ticket pricing and the expanded fan experience as part of a broader effort to build a sustainable basketball culture at UWF.
Additional events surrounding the Navy game will be announced this fall, promising community outreach and celebratory activities that will further engage local supporters.
