Ohio State will soon offer fans a chance to see its men’s basketball team in a charity exhibition doubleheader, with tickets going on sale July 31. The games, part of the CareSource Invitational, are scheduled for early October and will be held outdoors at the Schottenstein Center, though a rain‑check would move them indoors to Dayton’s UD Arena.
A Charitable Vision on the Court
The first matchup will pit the Buckeyes against Cincinnati at 3 p.m., followed by a nightcap featuring Dayton and Xavier at 5:30 p.m. Both contests are part of a charity series that also includes a separate home game against Butler on October 25.
Tickets start at $20, according to the event’s website, and presale access was available through Ticketmaster on July 30 for those who entered a code. Organizers say the outdoor setting adds a unique atmosphere, but the backup venue ensures the games will proceed regardless of weather.
