ESPN has rolled out a seven‑game kickoff schedule that will open the high school football season across the United States.
The slate showcases eight programs that appear in the USA TODAY Sports preseason Super 25 national rankings.
Games are spread across Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Florida and Arizona, giving fans a taste of regional rivalries early in the year.
All contests will be televised on ESPN’s family of networks during the first two weeks of the season, ensuring nationwide exposure.

No. 18 Brentwood Academy (Tenn.) will meet No. 13 Baylor School (Tenn.) on Aug. 20 at 8 p.m. ET in Chattanooga, Tenn.
Battle Ground Academy (Tenn.) takes on St. Michael Catholic (Ala.) on Aug. 22 at 1:30 p.m. ET in Fairhope, Ala.
In Georgia, Gainesville will host No. 11 Buford on Aug. 22 at 5 p.m. ET, also in Buford, Ga.

St. Joseph Regional (N.J.) is slated to play No. 24 Mount Carmel (Ill.) on Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. ET in Chicago, Ill.
No. 3 Bishop Gorman (Nev.) will face Christopher Columbus (Fla.) on Aug. 29 at 2 p.m. ET in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
DeSoto (Texas) will meet No. 7 St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.) on Aug. 29 at 6 p.m. ET, also in Fort Lauderdale.
Final Kickoff Showdown
No. 22 Chandler (Ariz.) will square off against No. 8 Basha (Ariz.) on Aug. 29 at 10:30 p.m. ET in Chandler, Ariz., closing the opening week.
