Bonnabel has announced the appointment of Errol Bailey as its new head baseball coach, marking a strategic move to sustain the program’s recent momentum.
Bailey arrives after a successful stint as head coach at John Ehret, where he cultivated a competitive roster and earned respect among rival programs.
Leadership Praises Continuity
Micah Hagans, Bonnabel’s athletic director, expressed enthusiasm about the hire, highlighting Bailey’s proven ability to build winning teams and his familiarity with the local baseball landscape.
He noted that Kyle Midkiff, who guided the Bruins to 35 victories over the past two seasons, left the program in a strong position, making Bailey’s transition smoother.
Hagans added that the administration is confident Bailey will preserve the program’s upward trajectory while introducing fresh ideas to enhance player development.
