The Nevada Wolf Pack women's basketball program unveiled its non‑conference schedule for the upcoming campaign, a 14‑game slate that blends home‑court prominence with a demanding road itinerary.
A packed home‑court lineup
Nine of those contests will be played at Lawlor Events Center, giving the Pack ample opportunity to build momentum in front of its fans.
The home slate includes a marquee early‑season series against Loyola Marymount, as well as matchups versus Pepperdine, Saint Mary's and Idaho, each of which contributed to a robust schedule that also features Sacramento State, Washington State and William Jessup.
Nevada will also host the annual Nugget Classic, welcoming New Mexico State on November 27 and Troy on November 29, underscoring the program's effort to schedule competitive opponents.
Road challenges and early‑season tests
The road portion of the schedule tests the Pack against a mix of opponents with winning records, including trips to face Loyola Marymount, Utah Valley, Texas State, Denver and Pacific.
The season opens on November 2 with a road game at LMU, and the non‑conference slate will wrap up on December 22 when Nevada hosts Loyola Marymount, completing a home‑and‑home series that highlights the team's strategic planning.
In preparation, the Wolf Pack has been training in British Columbia, using the exhibition environment to fine‑tune tactics under first‑year head coach Kelly Sopak, who was hired in March after two consecutive losing seasons.
