Ange Bradley to be Inducted into 2026 NFHCA Hall of Fame
Ange Bradley, a pioneering force in collegiate field hockey, will be honored this January as part of the 2026 National Field Hockey Coaches Association Hall of Fame class. The announcement, made ahead of the annual convention, recognizes a career that reshaped the sport across multiple programs.
Over 381 victories span her 26‑year tenure at Syracuse University, Richmond University and Goucher College. At Syracuse, she compiled a 75 % win rate over 16 seasons and guided the Orange to their first NCAA Division I women’s field hockey championship in 2015, a milestone that remains a landmark for the program.
Bradley’s impact extends beyond the scoreboard. She has mentored 43 All‑Americans, two Olympic gold‑medalists — Shannon Taylor and Alyssa Manley — and coached the inaugural Honda Award winner, Alyssa Manley, who set a new standard for excellence in collegiate play.
A Class of Legends
The 2026 induction class also welcomes Jill Cosse, Karen Doxey and Tina Mattera, each celebrated for transformative contributions to the game. Carol Anderson will be honored posthumously with a Lifetime Achievement Award, underscoring the enduring influence of her work.
The ceremony will take place on January 15, 2027, in Lake Mary, Florida, during the NFHCA Annual Convention. The event promises to bring together coaches, players and administrators from across the sport to celebrate the inductees and reflect on the future of field hockey.
