A Season of Scholarship
The Rattlers’ football program announced that 41 of its student‑athletes earned academic honors for the spring 2026 semester, a testament to the team’s balanced approach to competition and scholarship.
Among them, four achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA and were placed on the Presidential List, while seven posted GPAs between 3.5 and 3.99, earning Dean’s List distinction. The remaining thirty maintained GPAs of 3.0 to 3.49, securing Honor Roll status. Collectively, the squad posted a cumulative GPA of 3.05 for the term.
Coach Quinn Fordham Gray Sr. praised the athletes for their dedication, noting that excellence in the classroom mirrors the standards set on the field. He emphasized that the program’s success relies on a coordinated effort between coaches, academic advisors, and support staff.
Looking ahead to the fall 2026 campaign, the team views these academic achievements as a foundation for continued growth. Gray highlighted the importance of the academic support infrastructure in fostering the athletes’ dual pursuits.
