A milestone season
The Texas Christian University women's soccer program has reached a milestone that few teams achieve in a single season.
Ranked sixth in the United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll, the Horned Frogs also earned their first-ever spot in the NCAA College Cup, underscoring the program's rapid ascent.
During the 2025 campaign the team posted an 18‑3‑3 record, captured the Big 12 regular‑season title for the fourth time in six years and finished with a balanced attack that blended veteran leadership and fresh talent.
Key contributors include forward Emma Yolinsky, who led the returnees with nine goals and added five assists while logging nearly 1,500 minutes, and goalkeeper Olivia Geller, whose 65 saves and six shutouts highlighted a defensive turnaround; junior midfielder Cameron Patton contributed four goals and eight assists, while Kamdyn Fuller was recognized as Big 12 Freshman of the Year and placed second on TopDrawerSoccer's Postseason Top‑100 Freshmen list.
Looking ahead, the Frogs open the 2026 schedule with a road test against Wisconsin on August 13 before hosting UTSA on August 16, matches that will test the depth of a roster that welcomes 16 newcomers alongside 12 returning players.
