A virtual showcase of Ivy League talent
The Ivy League will hold its 2026 Football Media Day on Monday, August 10, at 11 a.m., but the event will be conducted entirely online, allowing fans and media from across the country to tune in without leaving their desks.
Jack Ford, a former Yale football star who previously provided color commentary for ESPN’s Bulldogs broadcasts, will serve as the host and lead analyst for the proceedings, guiding the conversation and adding expert insight throughout the stream.
Each of the eight Ivy League institutions will be represented by two participants: a head coach and a student‑athlete. The schedule begins with opening remarks, followed by brief presentations from Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton and Yale, with each speaker receiving a dedicated 20‑minute slot.
The live broadcast will be streamed on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, giving viewers real‑time access to the coaches’ thoughts on the upcoming season and the athletes’ perspectives on competition, academics and future plans.
