Fresh Faces Set to Impact the 2026 Campaign

Head coach Martu Loncarica is steering the program toward a promising start, emphasizing development and depth as the team gears up for its inaugural match.

Five freshmen arrive with impressive high‑school pedigrees. Mairead Carey, a four‑year varsity starter at Lawrence Academy, earned MVP honors and All‑League recognition while competing in the NEXUS Championships. Eliana deGennaro, a captain at The Episcopal Academy, collected PAISAA All‑State First Team accolades after a standout four‑year run. Julia McAllister helped Garrison Forest School secure second‑place finishes at the U19 NIT and added a bronze medal from the U18 NEXUS Championship. Abril Peroni brings more than a decade of experience from Club La Tablada in Argentina, having captured U19 and First Division A titles and captained the U16 side. Maura Seeger, a two‑time All‑State First Team selection from the Academy of Notre Dame, adds further depth to the incoming class.

The roster also welcomes four graduate transfers who bring collegiate experience from across the country. Luciana Carpenter comes from Louisville, Maia Dechiario from UCONN, Leah Horwitz from Maryland, and Elen Nichols from Indiana, each expected to contribute immediately.

The season opens on August 28 with a home contest against Queens University at Crenshaw Field, a game that will be streamed live on ESPN+.
