The Yellow Jackets shot a blistering 76.3% from the field, outrebounding their opponents 46‑38, with Jackson McVey leading the glass with 10 boards while Tylis Jordan and Víctor Valdés each grabbed six.
First‑half dominance sets the tone
Scoring was evenly distributed, as Tylis Jordan paced the team with 22 points, Kam Craft added 17, and four other teammates — Courtland Muldrew, Nasir Whitlock, Colby Garland and Víctor Valdés — each reached double figures.
An early seven‑point edge in the first quarter gave way to a tighter second period, but Georgia Tech surged ahead at halftime, leading 58‑42 thanks to Jordan’s 11 points and Valdés’s 10.
