Phoenix Raceway has revealed its 2027 motorsports calendar, spotlighting two weekend blocks that could define the year for fans and competitors alike.
A Spring Doubleheader Sets the Tone
The March 12‑14 stretch opens with an ARCA Menards Series event on Friday, followed by a NASCAR Cup Series showdown on Sunday, while an NTT IndyCar Series race caps the weekend on Saturday, creating a rare triple‑header of top‑level racing.
Series officials say the proximity of these events will test teams’ preparation and amplify the track’s reputation for close, competitive racing.
Later in the year, from October 22‑24, Phoenix will host a Chase weekend that features pivotal races across the NASCAR Cup, Xfinity and Craftsman Truck Series, culminating in the Freeway Insurance 500, a race that often reshapes the championship picture.
Phoenix Raceway President Latasha Causey highlighted the venue’s role as a premier destination, noting that the combination of early‑season excitement and late‑season stakes offers fans a full spectrum of racing thrills.
The schedule underscores the track’s commitment to delivering a fan‑friendly atmosphere, with amenities and activities designed to keep attendees engaged from pit lane to grandstand.
