Oskar Jellvik, a senior forward who completed a four‑year stint at Boston College, has officially signed a two‑year contract with Rögle BK of the Swedish Hockey League. The move marks the culmination of a collegiate career that saw him record 73 points in 107 games.
From the NCAA to Sweden
His most productive season came in 2023‑24, when he tallied 42 points, including 13 goals and 29 assists, and helped the Eagles advance to the NCAA Providence Regional. That performance placed him among the top contributors on a team that produced five professional signings.
Jellvik is the fifth player from the 2025‑26 Boston College roster to secure a pro contract, following Drew Fortescue, Aram Minnetian, James Hagens and Lukas Gustafsson. Each of those alumni has progressed to various professional leagues, underscoring the program’s pipeline to the next level.
Rögle BK’s sporting director welcomed the addition, noting Jellvik’s blend of size, work ethic and offensive versatility. The club hopes the Swedish league will provide a fresh challenge and that his experience in high‑stakes NCAA play will translate into immediate impact.
