Tate Kindlon, a right‑handed pitcher from Bethlehem, has verbally committed to Bryant University following a 2026 season that culminated in a dominant 5‑0 Class AA semifinal victory over Niskayuna, where he threw a no‑hitter.
The campaign saw Kindlon strike out 25 batters while limiting opponents to a .158 batting average over 22 2/3 innings, helping Bethlehem finish with a 27‑25 record and a 13‑11 mark in America East play.
Bethlehem Eagles coach Matt Rehbit expressed excitement about the commitment, calling it a ‘huge deal’ and a testament to the pitcher’s relentless work ethic.
Lee Kindlon, the pitcher’s father and Albany County District Attorney, praised his son’s dedication and highlighted the family’s unwavering support as he prepares for his senior year.
