Florida State Announces 2026‑27 Non‑Conference Basketball Schedule

Seminoles line up 14 games, including Power Four matchups, as they gear up for ACC play

Seminoles Set Non‑Conference Slate for 2026‑27

Florida State University revealed its full non‑conference basketball schedule for the 2026‑27 season, a 14‑game slate that blends home‑court familiarity with challenging road tests. Head coach Luke Loucks said the lineup is designed to sharpen the team before it enters ACC competition, featuring four opponents from the Power Four conferences and nine contests at the Donald L. Tucker Center.

The season opens on November 2 in Tampa, where the Seminoles will face Florida A&M. From there, nine home games await, including matchups against in‑state rivals Troy and Florida, as well as Texas A&M‑Corpus Christi, Ball State, Green Bay and UNC Asheville.

Road trips take the team to Knoxville to meet Tennessee on December 1 and to Jacksonville for a showdown with Houston on December 20. Earlier in the month, exhibition games against Mississippi State, Auburn and LSU will provide additional tune‑ups before the regular season begins.

Season tickets for home games are now on sale, with prices starting at $150. Renewal deadlines have been announced, and single‑game tickets will be released later as the schedule progresses.

Loucks emphasized that the early slate of high‑level opponents is intended to prepare the Seminoles for the rigors of ACC play, ensuring they enter conference competition with momentum and experience.
