ESPN Commits to a Record 1,110 College Soccer Broadcasts in 2026

The network will deliver a full slate of matches across linear channels and streaming platforms, spotlighting elite programs and championship events.

A historic broadcast commitment

ESPN has announced that it will broadcast 1,110 men’s college soccer matches during the 2026 season, spreading the action across ESPNU, the ACC Network, ESPN+ and the ESPN App.

The schedule kicks off on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET, when Furman travels to Clemson on the ACC Network, marking an in‑state opener that last season saw Furman reach the Men’s College Cup semifinals.

Across the streaming service ESPN+, more than 1,000 matches will be available, including marquee regular‑season contests and over 75 tournament games, among them 15 conference championship matchups.

Linear television will carry 20 games in total: 10 on ACC Network, four on ESPNU and six ACC Championship contests, while the remaining matches will be accessible through the ESPN App with the appropriate subscription.

Championship schedule

ACC Championship play begins with quarterfinals on November 8, proceeds to semifinals on November 12 and culminates with the title game on November 15 at 4 p.m. ET on ESPNU, immediately following the Big East Conference Championship at 2 p.m. ET.

The NCAA Division I Men’s College Cup will be staged at First Horizon Stadium in Cary, North Carolina, from December 11 through December 14, with ESPN’s networks providing exclusive coverage of every match.

Programs such as Indiana, Virginia, Clemson and North Carolina, each boasting multiple national titles, are slated to feature prominently throughout the schedule, underscoring the depth of talent expected in the upcoming season.
