Miller’s Explosive 2025 Campaign
Andrew Miller, a senior fullback from Harding University, has been recognized at No. 92 on The Athletic’s 2026 College Football ‘Freaks List,’ a ranking that spotlights the most explosively gifted players in the nation.
Miller’s 2025 season was nothing short of historic; he topped NCAA Division II in rushing yards with 2,048 and added 28 touchdowns, averaging a staggering 7.16 yards per carry.
His performance earned him the runner‑up spot for the Harlon Hill Trophy, the Division II equivalent of the Heisman, and secured the Darren McFadden Award as the premier player in Arkansas.
The Bisons’ flexbone offense, orchestrated around Miller’s relentless runs, set an all‑division NCAA record with 6,943 rushing yards and 88 touchdowns, a testament to both individual brilliance and team cohesion.
Miller’s accolades also include consensus First‑Team All‑America honors and a place on the CSC Academic All‑American team, all while he pursues a degree in kinesiology.
A Rising Star in the Great American Conference
The Bisons enter the 2026 campaign as unanimous preseason favorites in the Great American Conference, opening their schedule on September 3 at First Security Stadium against Northwestern Oklahoma State.
Bruce Feldman, senior college‑football insider and creator of the Freaks List, has built a reputation for identifying the sport’s most dynamic talents, and Miller’s inclusion underscores the list’s growing influence.
