Drew Roskos, a sophomore forward for Bucknell University, has been named to the MAC Hermann Trophy Forwards to Watch List, a prestigious honor that spotlights the nation’s most promising Division I attackers.
The accolade follows a 2025 season in which Roskos captured the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Year award, leading the league with eight goals and 17 points while posting a shot‑accuracy rate of .519 and ranking 22nd nationally in shots on goal per game.
From New Jersey to National Prominence
A native of Delran, New Jersey, Roskos began the season without a goal in his first five matches before finding his rhythm, ultimately scoring all eight of his goals during the final 13 contests. His two game‑winning strikes — one against Holy Cross and another in a 1‑0 victory over Navy — underscored his clutch performance.
The MAC Hermann Trophy will be presented in St. Louis, Missouri, in early 2027, where the final winner will be announced, adding a national spotlight to Bucknell’s rising program.
Bucknell opens its 2026 campaign at home against Hofstra on August 20 at 7:30 p.m. at Emmitt Field, and the team enters the season with a second‑place league finish and a high‑shot volume that led the Patriot League.
