His career statistics read like a masterclass in sustained excellence: 16 seasons as a head coach, a 322‑90 record, and a track record of guiding teams to conference championships and postseason triumphs. At Lincoln University he captured CIAA Coach of the Year honors, while at Seton Hall he helped the Pirates to a 42‑win opening stretch and the 2024 NIT championship.
