Sergerie, a former player and coach, adds a unique perspective that spans North America and Europe. After stints as an assistant coach and general manager with the Sherwood Park Crusaders, he directed the WHL’s Penticton Vees’ scouting department during the 2025‑26 season. His professional playing career in Germany yielded 81 points across 28 regular‑season games for the Erfurt Black Dragons, highlighting a blend of offensive skill and competitive drive.
