Myles Graham, a junior linebacker for the University of Florida, has earned a spot on the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy watch list, a distinction that highlights his contributions both on the gridiron and in his community.
Graham's Dual Impact
The watch list, which celebrates college football players who demonstrate leadership and service, reflects Graham’s extensive volunteer work, including 48 hours of service across 24 events that have supported eight nonprofit organizations focused on education, housing, food security and youth development.
His service record includes 14 hours dedicated to Habitat for Humanity and additional time with the Education Foundation, underscoring a sustained commitment to improving living conditions and educational opportunities.
On the field, Graham has been a standout defender, earning Freshman All‑SEC honors in 2024 and leading the Gators with 76 tackles — 36 of them solo — in 2025, along with eight quarterback hurries, seven tackles for loss and two sacks.
He also ranks among the top FBS linebackers with four pass breakups, tying him for second in that category and marking him as one of only four SEC players to reach at least 75 tackles and 7.0 tackles for loss in a single season.
The Wuerffel Trophy, founded in 2005 by former Florida quarterback Danny Wuerffel, is awarded each year to the FBS player who best blends community service with leadership, and this season’s watch list comprises 113 candidates who will be reduced to 11 semifinalists in September, with the ultimate winner to be revealed on December 11 at the Home Depot College Football Awards, where the recipient also captains the Allstate AFCA Good Work Team.
Graham’s nomination not only spotlights his personal dedication but also reinforces the Gators’ tradition of producing athletes who excel in competition while making meaningful contributions off the field.
