During his six‑year tenure at Stevenson, Gage posted the program’s highest winning percentage ever, guiding the team to three consecutive 20‑plus win seasons and earning multiple All‑Regional and All‑Conference honors for his players.
At Mount St. Mary's, his impact was equally pronounced; the program secured its first postseason victory in over a decade and reached the MAAC semifinals in 2024, while his pitchers set a MAAC record with 507 strikeouts that same year.
