Seniors Shine in Final Home Game
The Albany High girls' flag football team gathered on the field to honor their graduating seniors ahead of a match, turning the moment into a community celebration.

The Albany Booster Club contributed personalized t‑shirts bearing each senior’s name, adding a tangible token of appreciation.
Younger Falcon teammates designed handmade posters that lined the sidelines, spelling out messages of gratitude and encouragement.
The seniors — Nalina Charles, Damarie Cooley, Payton Fitzpatrick, Lashon Fraser, Akarri Gaddy, Janessa Garces, Joliyah Johnson, Zion McClean, Jaylene Rodriguez, Mar'Raya Shaw, Jaya Stewart, and E'mari Wilkins — were praised for their grit, determination, and love of the game, qualities that have defined their high school careers.
As they approach graduation in June, the players look forward to the next chapter, carrying with them the memories of a season marked by camaraderie and community support.
