Jahlil Florence, a former Oregon cornerback, is set to rejoin the Missouri Tigers football program after a two‑year hiatus caused by a right meniscus tear that sidelined him for the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
The Tigers, depleted by the loss of more than 90 % of their 2025 snaps at the cornerback position, turned to the transfer portal and secured Florence’s commitment alongside fellow newcomers Sione Laulea and Chris Graves Jr.

Florence’s high school pedigree as a top‑100 prospect and his 2022 stint as one of only two Pac‑12 freshmen to record an interception hint at the talent the Tigers hope to resurrect.
Having amassed 35 tackles in 19 appearances for Oregon’s 2023 defense that reached the Big Ten title game, he now aims to prove he can still compete for a starting spot in the 2026 rotation that also includes returners Nick DeLoach Jr. and Cam Keys.
