2026 Mid‑American Conference Women’s Soccer Season Underway
The 2026 campaign gets its first taste of action on Wednesday, August 12, when 15 matches kick off the schedule, setting the tone for a competitive year.
Conference play officially begins on September 17 and will run through November 1, giving teams a tightly packed slate of contests as they jockey for positioning heading into the postseason.
The climax of the season arrives in early November, when the MAC Women’s Soccer Championship returns to Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, for a week‑long tournament that starts with quarterfinal matches on November 7, proceeds to semifinals on November 10, and crowns the champion on November 13.
This marks the second consecutive year that the league has opted for a neutral‑site finale, building on the 2025 edition also held at the same venue, a move that has drawn praise from coaches and fans alike.
