Arizona State University’s football program is poised to log an unprecedented amount of mileage in the 2026 season. According to data compiled by The Action Network, the Sun Devils will travel 18,375 miles across the country and abroad, a figure that represents a 9,466-mile increase over the previous year and places them fifth among all Football Bowl Subdivision teams in total travel.
The schedule also features a marquee transatlantic clash at Wembley Stadium, where the Sun Devils will meet Kansas in the Union Jack Classic on September 19. That single matchup accounts for 10,518 round-trip miles, the longest travel segment of the year and a stark illustration of the team’s global footprint.
