A New Era of Fan Hospitality
The University of Hawai'i Athletics Department has announced a sweeping upgrade to its game‑day offerings for the 2026 football season, introducing three premium hospitality zones that promise to redefine how fans experience college football. The initiative reflects a broader strategy to deepen community ties while delivering amenities that rival those found at professional venues.
These new spaces — VIP Sideline Tables, Makai Beach Club, and Rooftop Pa'ina — are designed to accommodate a spectrum of gatherings, from intimate groups of four to large parties of fifty, each curated with exclusive seating, personalized touches and a suite of services intended to elevate the overall atmosphere.
VIP Sideline Tables: Luxury on the Edge of the Action
VIP Sideline Tables are positioned along the Mauka sideline, stretching from the end zone to the 10‑yard line, offering fans a front‑row perspective that brings the action inches away. Priced at $7,200 for the entire six‑game season, each table seats four guests, provides four game tickets, lounge access and dedicated parking passes, and includes perks such as personalized name plaques, premium seating, buffet service and on‑site food deliveries during play.
Makai Beach Club: Private Spaces for Grand Gatherings
Makai Beach Club delivers a private pre‑game sanctuary for larger parties, with packages beginning at $8,000 for fifty guests. The offering includes a ticket in Corner Sideline Section 140, a two‑hour reserved area, a private bar, a curated buffet and a dedicated staff member to ensure a seamless experience, allowing groups to celebrate together in a setting that feels both exclusive and welcoming.
Rooftop Pa'ina: Tailgate Elegance Above the Field
Rooftop Pa'ina transforms the fifth floor of the Zone 20 parking structure into a premium tailgate lounge, priced at $7,200 for fifty guests. Attendees receive Section 140 tickets, twenty parking passes and access to a rooftop venue that blends sweeping views of the stadium with upscale amenities, creating a distinctive backdrop for celebrations before kickoff.
Beyond the three flagship zones, the department also promotes additional group experiences such as the Diamond Head Club, which accommodates fourteen guests, and affordable group tickets starting at $30 per adult. Experiential packages like the Keiki Team Runout and Halftime Flag Football Game further enrich the fan journey, while the department’s support of Name, Image and Likeness opportunities underscores its commitment to student‑athlete empowerment.
Collectively, these hospitality enhancements aim to forge shared memories among supporters, turning each game into a community event that extends beyond the gridiron. By blending luxury, accessibility and interactive programming, the University of Hawai'i seeks to set a new standard for college football experiences in the islands.
