A Milestone for the Chargers Program
Hillsdale College’s men’s basketball team is set to host its first-ever coaching clinic this fall, offering aspiring coaches a rare opportunity to learn directly from some of the nation’s most respected collegiate mentors.
The one‑day event will take place on Tuesday, September 1, at 5:30 p.m. in the Roche Sports Complex on the college’s campus in Michigan. The clinic, priced at $25, is designed for coaches of all experience levels who want to deepen their understanding of modern basketball strategy.
Three accomplished coaches will lead the sessions. Jon Coffman, currently an assistant at Purdue University, will break down offensive concepts that have propelled the Boilermakers to the top of the Big Ten. Keven Bradley, Hillsdale’s own head coach, will focus on special‑situation tactics, drawing on his extensive experience at the program’s helm. John Borovich, a veteran assistant at Michigan State, will present defensive schemes that have helped the Spartans maintain a top‑tier reputation.
Registration is now open and can be completed through the event’s dedicated page at https://hillsdalecollegemensbasketballcamps.totalcamps.com/shop/EVENT. Attendees who have questions or need assistance can reach out directly to Coach Bradley via email.
The clinic represents a significant step forward for the Chargers’ basketball program, underscoring the school’s commitment to fostering coaching excellence and community engagement. By bringing together top talent from across the country, Hillsdale hopes to inspire the next generation of strategic thinkers on the court.
