Kinziger Brothers Revive Basketball Spirit in De Pere
Johnny and Zach Kinziger returned to their hometown of De Pere this summer to run the second edition of their basketball camp at De Pere High School, opening the doors to boys and girls from third through eighth grade.
The brothers, who grew up playing on the same courts they now teach on, said the camp is as much about skill development as it is about building lasting relationships within the community.
Mentorship and Community Legacy
Zach Kinziger spoke about the importance of community ties, noting that the support they received as kids shaped their love for the game and now drives their desire to give back.
Johnny added that watching the youngsters improve over the week reminded him of the mentors who once stood where he now stands, and he hopes to pass that same inspiration forward.
