Baseball Dominance at Heuvelton
The Heuvelton baseball team opened the scoring early, as Parker Felt smashed a double that set the tone, and Levi Biller followed with a run-scoring single to put the hosts ahead.
Ryder Liscum added a ground-ball RBI, and Ryley Liscum’s subsequent grounder brought in two more runs, expanding the lead to double digits before the third inning.
A wild pitch later added another run, and Lyshan Young’s Baltimore chop brought home yet another, while Quint Brothers’ looping single drove in two more, pushing the tally past double digits.
Jude Spooner’s defensive masterclass culminated in a third no-hitter of the season, sealing a 22-0 victory that underscored the team’s pitching depth and offensive firepower.

On the girls lacrosse side, Canton’s Saige Blevins ignited the offense, striking first with a goal that sparked a rapid rally.
Adrianna Lesperance’s quick stop and shot doubled the lead, and Blevins soon added her second marker on a feed, making it 3-0 after one quarter.
The momentum kept building as Blevins completed a hat trick in the second quarter, then struck again while falling, extending the advantage to 5-0 before the half-time break.
Potsdam managed to respond with a few scores, but the early blitz left the final margin wide, finishing 11-4 in favor of Canton.
Both teams now look ahead to their next matchups, carrying the confidence from dominant performances and standout individual displays.
