Taroko Sports' Biggest U.S. Baseball Hub Opens in San Antonio
The new venue, spanning 31,000 square feet at the Park North Shopping Center, replaces the former Urban Air trampoline park and marks Taroko Sports' most ambitious U.S. location to date.
Inside, guests will find professional‑grade batting and pitching cages, HitTrax systems that simulate MLB games, bowling lanes, arcade cabinets, electronic darts, and a full menu of food and drinks including beer and soda.
Opening day will be celebrated with live entertainment and a special promotion: the first 100 customers receive a commemorative T‑shirt and an hour of unlimited arcade play at half‑price.
Taroko Sports, the largest entertainment company in Taiwan, has already built a presence in the United States with venues in Katy, Mesa and Chandler, Arizona, and sees the San Antonio site as a cornerstone of its nationwide rollout.
Construction is currently underway on an indoor‑outdoor facility in Pflugerville, slated for a 2027 opening, while the company continues to scout additional sports bars and entertainment complexes across the country.
Park North Shopping Center is repositioning itself as a hub for experiential venues, now hosting Outlaw Pickle, Pinstack bowling, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and Escapology escape rooms alongside Taroko's new attraction.
The East Side of San Antonio will soon welcome Pitch 25, a 25,000‑square‑foot soccer bar featuring indoor fields and a beer wall, slated to open early next year and further diversify the area's entertainment options.
