A dominant display at Bill Armstrong Stadium
On August 23, the Hoosiers traveled to Bill Armstrong Stadium and posted a 3-0 win over Evansville, marking their first clean sheet of the season. The victory improved Indiana’s all‑time record against the Purple Aces to 34‑4‑4 and stretched their unbeaten run in the series to 26 games.
Oliver Moller-Jensen was the offensive catalyst, finding the net three times at the 34th, 65th and 85th minutes. The first goal of the match was also credited to Charlie Heuer, who opened the scoring in the 34th minute before Moller-Jensen added his brace.
Nolan Kinsella, Josh Maher and Grant Paskus each contributed an assist, feeding the attacking trio. Indiana outshot Evansville 14‑6, converting three of five shots on goal, while the defense limited the opposition to just six attempts.
The match drew 3,430 spectators, bringing total attendance through the first two home games to over 10,500. Seven different Hoosiers have already combined for six goals this season, underscoring the team’s depth.
Indiana’s next test arrives on August 27 when they host Butler at 8 p.m. ET, a contest that will continue the Hoosiers’ quest for another clean sheet.
