Siena University is set to bring its basketball community together this August, inviting fans to a special meet‑and‑greet with the program’s new coaching duo at the historic Saratoga Race Course.
A New Era for Siena Basketball
The gathering will take place on August 26 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on the Jockey Silks Porch, where supporters can snap photos and collect autographs from head coaches Nevada Smith and Terry Primm along with a select group of players.
Following the meet‑and‑greet, a trophy presentation will be held at 3:30 p.m. in the Winners Circle during the Siena Saints March On! race, adding a festive touch to the afternoon.
Later that fall, Siena will host an exhibition matchup against Syracuse at MVP Arena on October 18. Fans can purchase fee‑free tickets through the Siena Fan Relations Management Center, online at sienasaints.com, or by calling (518) 487‑2235.
Season tickets for the 2026‑27 men’s and women’s basketball campaigns are now on sale, providing access to a schedule that also features a slate of high‑profile races at Saratoga, including the $200,000 Bolton Landing and the Grade 1, $1.25 million DraftKings Travers on August 29.
