A New Chapter for Stadium Cuisine
Levy Restaurants, now the official food, beverage and hospitality partner for the University of Michigan’s 2024 season, has rolled out an elevated menu inside Michigan Stadium that blends gourmet flair with hometown flavors.
At the heart of the offering is the Woodson Bourbon BBQ Bacon Burger, a tribute to former Wolverines star Charles Woodson. The burger pairs Fairway Packing Co. Angus beef with bourbon‑glazed bacon, delivering a distinctly Michigan twist to a classic stadium staple.
Signature Flavors Meet Michigan Tradition
Complementing the burger are regional favorites such as the Dearborn Jalapeno Popper Dog, crafted with all‑beef hot dogs from Dearborn, and the Zingerman’s Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich, a collaboration that brings Ann Arbor’s renowned cheese and hand‑breading techniques to the stands.
A newly introduced empanada stand expands the palate with apple‑cinnamon, beef and chicken fillings, while the Michigan Stadium Nacho arrives in a replica Big House container, layered with tortilla chips, nacho cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
Elevating the Fan Experience
Beyond individual dishes, Levy has curated exclusive club‑level menus and limited‑edition souvenir items, aiming to deepen fan engagement and transform the concession experience into a destination in its own right.
