Hunter Aviation Racing Expands in Czech Republic with New Camaro Entry

The team adds a #56 Chevrolet Camaro to its NASCAR Euro Series lineup as it eyes broader European presence.

Hunter Aviation Racing is set to broaden its footprint in the NASCAR Euro Series by fielding a brand‑new Chevrolet Camaro bearing the #56 livery for the upcoming Czech Republic round.

A dual‑car debut

The team put the car through a shakedown at the Circuits de Vendee in Fontenay, using the session to fine‑tune settings ahead of the first competitive outing.

Under the guidance of former fighter pilot Andre Lortie, who heads the squad, the program aims to translate its experience in Spain, France and the United Kingdom into stronger results on Central European tracks.

RDV Competition will also make its debut in the Czech event, entering a Ford Mustang driven by Ofek Eliyahu, who moves from the Rookie Challenge into the OPEN division with support from mentors Loris Hezemans and Franck Violas.

Both entries reflect a strategic push by the teams to cement their presence across the European circuit, with Hunter Aviation Racing viewing the Czech race as a pivotal step toward becoming a staple in the series.
