MEAC Unveils 2026 Fall Sports Streaming Schedule

Live football, volleyball and cross‑country championships expand across multiple platforms

The Mid‑Eastern Athletic Conference has rolled out its 2026 fall sports schedule, promising a packed season of live competition across its member schools. The announcement, made on August 25, 2026, sets the stage for a series of high‑profile matchups that will be streamed nationwide.

Through the newly branded MEAC Network, fans can tune in to as many as 13 football games, 82 volleyball contests and the full slate of cross‑country championships. Delaware State University will host the season opener on August 27, welcoming Stony Brook at 6 p.m. to kick off the action.

A New Era of Access

The streaming platform is available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Google TV, Apple TV, iOS, Android and the MEAC Network website, delivering more than 100 live events each year. In addition to the live feed, the service offers original content, exclusive behind‑the‑scenes features and an expanding on‑demand library of past games.

MEAC leadership emphasized that the partnership not only broadens exposure for its eight member institutions but also reaches an estimated 150 million U.S. households. The network’s multi‑device strategy ensures that viewers can follow their favorite teams from virtually any screen.

A Legacy of Excellence

Since its founding in 1970, the conference has championed academic achievement, sportsmanship and the holistic growth of student‑athletes. The current roster includes Coppin State University, Delaware State University, Howard University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Morgan State University, Norfolk State University, North Carolina Central University and South Carolina State University, each committed to preserving the conference’s proud tradition.
