Brynna Hill, a senior standout for the James Madison University field hockey team, has been selected for the 2026 NFHCA Division I Watchlist, a testament to her elite performance and future potential.
Having appeared in 57 games and started 34, Hill anchors the Dukes’ offense, serving as the team’s leading returning producer of points after amassing 27 career points through eight goals and 11 assists.
In the most recent 2025 campaign she recorded three goals and five assists, tallying 11 points with a .667 shots‑on‑goal ratio, while her career shooting accuracy sits at .655, underscoring her efficiency in front of the net.
The NFHCA Watchlist honors student‑athletes who demonstrate the caliber needed for All‑Region and All‑American consideration, and Hill’s inclusion follows a series of accolades such as All‑Region honors and eligibility for senior championship recognition.
The 2026 season will open with the Conference Cup, featuring matchups against Temple on August 28 and Drexel on August 30, both of which will be streamed live on Big Ten Plus, giving fans nationwide access to the Dukes’ early games.
Hill, a native of Downington, Pennsylvania, brings a local legacy to the program, and her presence adds extra excitement as the team looks to build on its recent successes.
