Goalkeeper Payton Mulberry recorded her second shutout of the season, making a single save while Alexa Garcia kept the Blue Hose at bay with seven stops.
Early in the contest, Morgan Russmann tested the Presbyterian defense with two shots in the first 15 minutes, setting an aggressive tone for the Bison.
Presbyterian's Maddie Smith tried to break the deadlock in the 17th minute, but Mulberry comfortably denied her attempt.
After halftime, the Bison increased their pressure, with Russmann alone firing four shots while Gabrielle Garrett added a pair of late attempts.
NDSU also earned six corner kicks compared to just one for Presbyterian, underscoring their attacking persistence.
The result lifted NDSU's season record to 1-3-2, while Presbyterian improved to 2-1-1.
The Bison's next challenge will be a road trip to Santa Barbara, where they meet Westmont on September 3 at 4:15 p.m. CT.
